Pricing & Packages

Initial Consultation

Complimentary

A comprehensive 30 minute meeting to understand your vision, budget, preferences, and overall event requirements. This session is crucial for laying the foundation for the event planning process.


Design Fee

$500 or 25% of total budget (whichever is greater)

A retainer fee for all clients, which is utilized for the creation and overall aesthetic and visual design of your event, including elements like theme, decor, layout, and branding.


Budget Planning Consultation (if needed)

$100

-Fee is only applied if 'Design Fee' has not yet been paid. If 'Design Fee' has been paid, there is no additional charge for this consultation.

-An in-depth session focused on creating a detailed budget for your event. We'll help you understand the cost breakdowns, prioritize expenses, and identify areas where you can save or should invest more.


Venue Selection Consultation (if needed)

$100

-Fee is only applied if 'Design Fee' has not yet been paid. If 'Design Fee' has been paid, there is no additional charge for this consultation.

-Dedicated assistance in finding the perfect venue. We'll discuss your needs, research options, and accompany you on venue visits to provide professional insights.

All decor items may be added on as a la carte:

-Linen Tablecloths+$14 each
