The space is a total of 1,200 square feet. This includes a restroom and bar/kitchenette area.
We have an intimate venue which accommodates up to 50 seated guests.

We accommodate a range of events including bridal and baby showers, holiday parties, repassess, birthday parties, corporate meetings and events, public events, book clubs, art shows, pop up shops, graduation parties, going away parties, proposals, engagement and anniversary celebrations, bachelorette parties, and intimate weddings, and various other creative space ideas that our customers may want to bring to life!
Our Diamond Package includes all of the essentials, including Round & Rectangular Tables, Chiavari Chairs, Table Linens (black or white), Bar, Kitchenette, Televisions, Surround Sound System, & Wi-Fi. Our Elegant and High-Class Packages include all of the essentials of the Diamond Package PLUS more! Additional items can be added for an additional charge.
Absolutely! Bringing your own food or caterer is encouraged. A kitchenette is provided on-site for your event (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils).
Yes, alcohol is allowed at your event! You may bring your own alcohol. You'll have the option to serve the alcohol that you bring to your guests OR the venue is available to bartend for a bartending fee. Your event cannot be open to the public and alcohol cannot be for sale during your event. If alcohol is present at your event, it will be the sole responsibility of the host to enforce the legal age requirements for guests who are handling and/or consuming alcohol.
A trained staff member will be on-site before and after your event. The staff member will be available to answer your questions and for emergency purposes, but ultimately will allow your event to run as though they are not present.
The space is available for your event Monday-Thursday between 8am-6pm (minimum of 2 hours), Friday between 5pm-11pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9am-3pm and 5pm-11pm (with the exception of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
There is on street parking available in front of the building on Madison Avenue., on 8th Street., and additional parking is available at the Saratoga parking lot on 8th Street.
All furniture in the space, including tables and chairs are available for use for your event.
We do offer additional decor that is available to purchase as an event add-on.
We follow all State and Federal regulations and guidelines put forth in regard to Covid-19. Our event space is thoroughly wiped down and sanitized before and after every event. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event space. Face coverings are not mandatory, but are subject to change in regard to city, county, and state ordinances.
